This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for purchases made on the EazyLaw platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. General Rule: No Refunds
All purchases on EazyLaw are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to the user wallet, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All credit purchases are final
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
- Unused credits will not be refunded
- Refund requests for change of mind will not be entertained
2. Exception: Technical Failures
Refunds are ONLY processed in cases of Technical Failure. Technical failures include, but are not limited to:
- Double Charging: If your account is charged multiple times for a single transaction
- Payment Deducted but Credits Not Received: If your payment was successfully deducted but the corresponding credits were not added to your wallet
In these specific cases only, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification of the technical issue.
3. How to Request a Refund for Technical Failures
If you experience a technical failure as described above, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@eazylaw.app within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide your registered email address and transaction ID
- Describe the technical issue in detail
- Attach any relevant screenshots or payment confirmation receipts
4. Refund Processing
Upon receiving your refund request for a verified technical failure:
- Our team will investigate the issue within 2 business days
- If the technical failure is confirmed, your refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To maintain clarity, the following scenarios are explicitly NOT eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with generated document quality
- Failure to use purchased credits
- Account termination due to policy violations
- Any reason other than the technical failures mentioned above
