3. Credits and Payments
EazyLaw operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased and used to generate documents. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Documents you generate using our platform are yours to use. However, the drafts and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
EazyLaw provides automated drafting tools. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The generated documents are based on drafts and user inputs. We make no warranties regarding the legal sufficiency or enforceability of any document created using our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyLaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
7. Modifications to Terms
